This is a post I promised to Parker in commemoration of his first trip on the Matterhorn! The boy is terrified of the "little kid roller coaster" in Toon Town, but couldn't wait to jump on what I think is a far scarier (and bumpier!) ride with Daddy this afternoon. He loved it so much that he had to take me back for a spin too. And of course, once little brother conquered his fears, big sister quickly dismissed hers and also joined in the fun! Why do I get the feeling that this is a sign of things to come?

Laura,
So fun to see their cute expressions for their time at Disneyland. Thanks for your note on our blog - I enjoyed my time on yours - fun catching up on your family!
Love,
Ashley
Excellent! Disney...again!! I'm so jealous!
How cute! Parker looks like he's about to jump out of his skin with excitement.
Wow, that's very brave! We took Ava on the toon town rollercoaster at Disney World when she was 3. Yeah, that didn't go over so well.
Way to go Parker!
Ok this really isn't fair that you keep getting to go to Disney. I'm SO jealous.
Looks like everyone is having lots of fun!!!
Laura- How fun! I'm jealous ya'll are so close to fun amusement parks!
Your Christmas pics are so so precious- LOVE them! Your children are gorgeous! -Erin L.
Tony took Caleb on Matterhorn this Christmas. He hated it! He also went on the Toon Town Coaster with his little sister. She loved it and I think that convinced him that he could be brave, too. Sometimes sibling competition can be good...
Ok, I didn't brave this ride til I was a teenager! I was terrified..what brave little souls they are!
That is brave! I love that ride, and we didn't get to go on it when we were there! Maybe in five more years! :)
Way to go Parker....you're a "little" like another "adorable" boy I used to know....can you guess who?????
I sure love you and Alyssa...and your adventurous spirit...keep it up.
Tilly
How fun.
